CITY SYMBOLS
Motto and Slogan
The motto of Aaron City is Urbi De Facto.
The catchy slogan for websites and tourist brochures is Not Just Another City.
Great Seal
The Great Seal of Aaron City is affixed to all official city notices and documents. Although it is not known exactly by whom or when the seal was created as all city records were lost when a great fire burned down the Washington County Court House, the position of the sun over the horizon indicates that it was likely created sometime in the early evening. The seal depicts the city's historic twin pine trees on either side of Fourth Street, the city's main thoroughfare that was later bypassed by the Interstate Highway System. The elected Warden Commissioner of the Great Seal oversees the use of the seal.
Flag

The official Flag of Aaron City was adopted in August 2006 after community leaders felt the old city flag did not represent the values of the city. The new flag was chosen to fully express all that is Aaron City. The orange stripe represents the city's pioneer fur trappers and the pelt of the panthera tigris, the species of tiger found in the lowlands. The green stripe represents the taxpayers of the city, and the blue stripe represents the river running through the center of town. A band of 24 stars surrounds the city seal in the center, representing the atomic number of the element chromium.
Juke Box
A jukebox in the City Hall lobby has been provided for public use. You can see what is currently playing and some play statistics above.
